Experience with tools and mechanical assembly required for my tasks, but Wally thought I could do it and he was right. "I called several repair companies to repair my Kenmore range. All of the companies had a $75-87.00 dollar service call so that is pretty generic. Farley's was $75.00. "I worked through my Home Warranty company and there was a terrible delay in getting the parts.  The first set of parts sent by the insurance was incorrect and it took a while to get the right parts.  There was some finger pointing between the Insurance company and Best Solutions so I really don't know who was at fault.  The entire time was about four weeks to get the dishwahser repaired which I think was too long.
I want to state again though that the tech did a great job.  He seemed to know what he was talking about and knew what needed to be done to fix it and at the end of the day that's what really counts.
I don't know if the issue was the Insurance company or Best Soltuions only that it took longer than I would have liked due to the issues with the parts.  I'll never know who was at fault and at this point I guess it doesn't matter.  I would use them again and I would recommend them to others.
