"From this point forward, this company will be my go-to for any home repairs I need. We were looking for a trash can fenced enclosure that was installed rather poorly a few years ago. Our handyman, Jose (jose@charlotte), was attentive, thorough, and dedicated to the best outcome for our family. He arrived on time, remained a consummate professional, and helped us make the best decisions for our improvement project. We are so pleased with the outcome. Thank you, Jose, and thank you, Cransten. Moving forward, this will be my go-to home improvement company!"

"We hired this team for a full top to bottom remodel of our home at 6935 W 16th Ave in Lakewood, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond in their attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the project was executed thoughtfully and with care. They were professional, communicative, and organized throughout the entire process. The project stayed on budget and on schedule, which is rare for a remodel of this scale. Any questions or adjustments were handled promptly and transparently, and the quality of workmanship shows in every room. If you’re looking for a contractor who takes pride in their work and delivers on what they promise, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them."

"Andy did an excellent job, highly recommend"

"Marshall was awesome to work with. I hired him as a handyman and he did an absolutely amazing job. Great communication and told me how it was. The pricing was great compared to others and he doesn't charge an extra fee on top of the reimbursement for parts... I found a lot of other handymen would charge an additional 5% or so. It was great working with his partner Saul as well who was able to fix a major plumbing issue in my bathroom along with flipping a door around for me. All-in-all, I would highly recommend Marsh'll Fix-It and I will be hiring them again when something inevitably goes awry in my house again. I honestly could keep going on with how easy it was to work with him. Thanks a ton Marshall!"

"We hired Prospec to renovate our Kitchen and the main floor bathroom. The process could not have been easier. Tradesmen showed up on time, communicated the process, were clean and respectful of our home. The work was first class, and we were really happy with the experience, the value, and the quality of work that was performed. We highly recommend Prospec Home Solutions."

"Brian and his team did a terrific job of removing the rotten breezeway between my home and garage, and restoring both buildings to where you cannot tell there was ever a structure there. Great communication and reasonable rate. I would hire them again."

"Mark cleaned and stained my deck across the back of my house. We had to work out a day for the staining due the rain, snow and schedules. The deck turned out great, I am very pleased with the job Mark and Nathan did. Kathy from Arvada"
