"The tankless water heater in the hotel we manage went down on July 3 2024. We have a wedding party coming in on July 5. All the plumbers near us either don't service our town or were not working because of the Holiday. Our small town of LaPorte does not have a population big enough to support a full time plumber. The Water Heater Specialists contacted us, and for $650 agreed to do the installation, (preferable to the $2,000 offered by Home Depot's contractor.) While the installer was on time, and professional in his manner, we had (Name Removed) out to do some additional work on our heat and air system, and as a courtesy, they looked at some plumbing issues we had.
