"Called him to do work on a property we manage and gave him tenants infomation to contact them and arrange a time.  His employee showed up at our office to do the job and didn;t speak enough english to be able to communicate with me.
We worked through that and got them to the property and they did part of the job and said they needed to order parts.  That was in July in September we were still waiting for the job to be completed.  I had left numerous emails and phone calls but did not hear anything back from them.  When I finally got them out there the job was completed and done well.

"The wall he painted was very tricky. It started downstairs continued up the main floor, to a cathedral ceiling over a stairwell. No paint was on the carpet on the stairwell when he finished. He did a great job. He was pleasant to have in the house and was very non-intrusive.When he came to do the bid, I knew he has experienced as he was able to explain to me how he would accomplish the height and stairs. Another bidder was not sure how to do it. I did not want one of the painting companies. When you are doing the work yourself, it seems more pride and care is given."
