"Install went very smoothly and quickly. The crew was very polite and clean. The only very minor issue was they split the interior molding around the sliding door when removing the old door. They offered to have it replaced but we declined (easy fix). New siding matches very well with the existing 10 year old siding on the rest of the house. New door looks and works great! Very happy with the results. This project was the result of a mistake made on another project being performed at our house by a different contractor. Window World worked with the other contractor's insurance company very well and there were no hiccups in getting everything fixed. All the work was complete within one day! Thanks!

"The salesman was very professional and covered all details with me. On the day of the scheduled install they arrived promptly but were unaware they were second floor windows and a third floor repair so he had to cancel. They were able to reschedule another crew the next day and they arrived promptly as well and got right to work. Each member of the team had a responsibility and they worked together perfectly. One of the window openings was not square so the installer had to work longer on that window to make sure it fil just right and slid open without binding. When they completed they did a great job cleaning up."

When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

Instead of immediately pushing costly repairs, he carefully inspected our basement and exterior, asked us a number of questions, and believed at least one of our problems stemmed more from a relative humidity issue than a drainage problem. Marc gave us a short list of things to try first, saying that more extensive work could always be done later without compromising the structural integrity of our basement. "Joe and his team were awesome. I needed a quick fix for a leaky shower and to ensure walls were sealed and protected from any water. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
