"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"American Appliance Service is my new go-to for any appliance repair. The drain pump on our washer stopped working on a Monday, I got an appointment for Thursday morning (other places' appointments were 1-2 weeks out). Randy texted me when he was on his way, showed up on time, got the right drain pump for our washer model, and replaced it in a timely and professional manner."

"The plumber installed a new sensor kitchen faucet as well as fixed a toilet that kept running. Neither were difficult jobs for a plumber but it would have taken much longer and a lot of frustration if we tried to do it ourselves.
