"Jared from Apex roofing called because he was running late. I appreciate that. When he arrived (only about 5 min late) he said he could do the job right then. Replaced the ridge shingles that had blown off. I had shingles. He also walked the roof and fixed a minor loose shingle. Cost $150. This was a great job. I had received estimates for the job ranging from $1,425 to $800. This was a simple job as Jared proved. Apex is not out to pull the wool over your eyes and charge much more than the job requires. I will use them again when needed."

"I'm writing this review for my 84 year-old grandfather. I really do appreciate the service done by this company. Some shingles had blown off the roof of his home during a rainstorm. Otherwise the roof was in pretty good shape. I know that many companies could have taken advantage of my elderly grandfather and recommended an entire roof replacement. But the gentleman that came out was so honest and straightforward. He agreed that a repair was all that was needed. And the price was excellent compared to some of the other ones we had called around to get. I appreciate this companies honesty and professionalism. His roof is as good as new. I would recommend them to anyone I know."

"The roof shingle replacement process from start to finish was very smooth. The Performance Roofing team came to my house within a couple of days of first contact and walked me through the process. They were at my location when the insurance adjuster came, included everything I asked for in their quote, handled permit, and forced me to get approval from my HOA to close the loop before they started the work. Their crew showed up early in the morning, finished the work on my 2,800+ sqft roof in one day, and cleaned everything (including nails) before they left. Finally, they took pictures of the shingle installation process and shared them with me. I can't think of anything that went wrong or was not as I expected it to be."

"After getting 3 estimates from different companies, Alvin from CHI came to my home. Al was was a refreshing change from my previous experiences. He was friendly and professional, but more importantly, he's reasonable and honest. He made me a fair offer and my roof was completed 2 weeks later. The roofing crew did a great job. They placed tarps all around my home to collect any debris, removed my old shingles, replaced some damaged plywood, and installed the new roof all in one day. The clean-up was remarkable--you wouldn't have known they were there except for the beautiful new roof. I was very impressed by Al and the people at CHI. I'll be calling them again when it's time for more improvements."
