"My parents had a new sliding door with screen installed in their living room from Wonder Windows based on my Home Advisor project. The Wonder Windows location on Transit was new at the time that we started this process. An estimate was given and the door was ordered. It took quite a while for the door to come in and be installed but the team was professional and courteous. The door was installed in the Fall. The team came back to put on the screen door a few months later when the weather was warmer. There were a few bumps along the way but it was a positive experience overall."

"I have needed this company for a couple emergencies. 1) pipe froze and broke while I was delivering my Daughter came home to water spraying all over the basement-called them they escalated my call to their emergency service and within an hour the Plumber showed up and quickly repaired our line. 2) had our sump pump fail and 2 ft of standing water (a yr after water line broke) again I called and the Receptionist was very empathetic and escalated my call and sent the plumber to my home and within 4 hours of my call the basement was drained and a new sump pump was installed. 3) I had noticed that my back yard was getting wet and then had standing water that was foul.. Called and on the 2nd call the the Receptionist took down my information and had me send pictures of my issue to the plumber, he called me and stated that it looked like my septic distribution box had failed and he could be out the next day to replace it. I agreed with the plan he can on time, switched it out and referred me to a service to have my septic pumped. I called the septic company he referred and within 3 days they had me scheduled. They showed up, pumped my tank and all is well. So far I have not had one bad experience and I really appreciate the Receptionist "Shay" being kind and helpful. Thank you! "Ray was quick to respond to my inquiry and set up an appt. to come check out the job. The day he came, he gave me a written quote. I obtained other quotes but felt New Life was my best choice. He uses Sherwin Williams paint, which was our preference. He and his crew came when they said they would come, and frequently made sure I approved their progress each day, which has never happened with any other contractor. They cleaned up the job site each night so everything was tidy. At the end of the job Ray walked me around the house to be sure the job was satisfactory…and it was better than that! They found and repaired wood along they way, and we added a pool deck and house deck sealing to the job with no problem for a very fair cost. I would recommend Ray and New Life without hesitation as the job they did was fantastic and now we can enjoy our new looking house! I would use them again in a heartbeat."
