"Resurfaced a shower. It looks fantastic! Company could do a better job with communication. We moved everything from the shower, but didn't know that the coating would go everywhere in our bathroom. Door knobs now have a film on them as well as other surfaces in the bathroom. I would have taken everything out of the bathroom had I known. The service man did not communicate what would be happening, such as going through our bedroom to open a window to put a large exhaust pipe out the window. I am not upset, but communication could have been much better."

"I was delighted when I hired Quality Craftsman LLC to help me install a shower in my bathroom. I have had a Jacuzzi since my husband, and I bought this house 37 years ago. Three men came and worked on tearing out my jacuzzi and building a shower. Quality Craftsman was the only company that would build a shower the size of my jacuzzi. Other companies wanted to build a smaller shower. I would have had to replace my entire floor tile if a smaller shower had been built. What a relief it was that I found a company that met my expectations. My jacuzzi had worked great all these years, but suddenly, one of the jets developed a leak. I could not find anyone to find the leak, so I had no alternative but to change the jacuzzi into a shower. Then I found Quality Craftsman. You would think this would be a noisy job, but this was the quietest job I have ever seen done by these three workers who put in the shower. Before they started, a sales representative came to my house and helped me pick out the design of the shower tile. I could have chosen white, which would have allowed this job to be completed quicker, but I chose a fancier style they had to order. Now that it is in, I am glad I picked out what I liked. The wait was worth it. They worked quietly and built a shower I was so pleased with. Plus, all of the workers were so polite and respectful. The shower built had a seat, grab bars, two shower heads, a caddy, and glass shower doors. The floor was made up of a material that doesnâ t allow one to slip. I wish my husband were still alive. He would have just loved this shower. If you want a nice shower, I suggest this company. They have all different styles of material to pick from. If you want something you like, go with Quality Craftsman LLC."

"I cannot say enough about Joe McSpadden and his team at Five Star Bath Solutions of Marietta. From meeting with Joe for a bathroom consultation to the installation, everything ran smoothly. Joe took time to explain the entire process as well as options for transforming my bathtub to a shower stall. His wife, Tee even came by to show me some samples of the panels I was interested in. It helped to see them in the bathroom in order to get a better idea of the finished look. Dave, the installer, took pride in his work and made sure that everything was installed to my liking. He consulted with me on the grab bar and shelves to make sure I was happy with the placement. He also took time to answer my questions and provide explanations that made sense. I was highly impressed with how clean he kept the project by putting drop cloths through my house and cleaning up each day before leaving. I am VERY happy with my new shower stall and am amazed at how the panels make the shower look like tile instead!!! "Everything went better than expected. Price was very reasonable and work I believe was much better quality than others offered. We had back porch enclosed and screened in, they came up with variety of options. The workmanship was excellent and communication with me as the work progressed was in a timely manner, especially with a few weather delays. They followed up in a few days and came back out to inspect again and also followed up with roof repair. Roof also was inspected and repaired without the hassle of tearing up material to find the leak. Discovered flashing just needed repairing. Told crew I would call them again for future projects and repairs if needed. Would highly recommend Bear Hands Construction, LLC hands down to anyone."
