"Went very smoothly! I did a lot of research and compared prices of several transportation companies. I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. Overall, I wanted an insured company that could safely transport my vehicle in a timely manner and they did exactly that. My car was scratch-free and looked flawless. I'm very pleased with this service and would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others!"

"Very good customer service that you don't see much anymore. I made the appointment several weeks in advance and received a courtesy call the day before. Don and Becca arrived right on time and began the job. They refinish the doors in place which I prefer as I have large, 8 ft. double doors and this method limits any problems associated with removing\reinstalling them . I also had an issue with my dead bolt lock that Don fixed ! My doors were in awful shape due to the southern exposure and now look almost brand new. Very happy with the result, in fact this is the 2nd time we have used them."

"We have a 25-year-old built-in oven. Repairman diagnosed problem (blown control panel) and knew of a place in town (Fix Your Board) that could reconstruct the board. ABC then came back out to reinstall. Great solution for an oven where parts are no longer available and dimensions to fit in wall aren’t standard. Happy to save landfill space as well. Only complaint is that the service windows are not realistic (8 am to 6 pm). They also called to say someone was 30 minutes out and it took nearly 1.5 hours. So be prepared to waste a day waiting."

"Both Al and Phillip were very customer friendly. Both explained the process in detail. Phil did the actual install and was self sufficient and worked cleanly. I only rated a little down on pricing because the product and service themselves are costly, not because of Shelf Confident's pricing. I do believe they are less expensive than the national known competitors. With the competitors, i could not get an appointment that worked with my schedule. Both Al and Phillip worked with my schedule for the total of three visits. I would use them again and would recommend them to others who might be thinking of doing this improvement project for their home and wanted it done professionally. I did get a 10% discount because of membership on Angie's list. <br />"

"I picked out 2 windows at Lowes with Gary and he took care of ordering them. Two weeks or so later they came in and Gary and I scheduled an install date a couple of weeks later. His team came over one morning and took out my last 2 single pane windows in my home. They then installed the new windows and secured them and insulated them with foam. They also did a good job of cleaning up all the glass from taking out the old windows. <br /> Two days later they came back and prepared the mortar mix to apply around the window. They did a great job on the outside and their painter came inside and patched around the window. He also caulked them and painted the entire area around the window. <br /> Overall I was very pleased with their work and at a good price. It is so nice to finally have all new windows in my home. <br /> <em><strong>Footnote:</strong></em> <br /> In 2009, I selected Noah's Ark from AngiesList to replace my siding with Hardiboard. They did a great job on the siding. I also asked Gary for a custom Patio Cover which he designed and built and it was beautiful and at a great price for everything. They later replaced my roof and again a great job at a great price. I am sorry I did not write a review at that time. He also just finished residing my neighbors home and also built a custom patio cover for her. <br />"

"Mr. Kerlin arrived around 9:15 am and examined the door. After discussing the details of the project with me, he immediately went to Home Depot to buy the necessary materials. While there, he called to discuss the types of wood available and their costs. Upon returning, he stayed with the job untl it was done, leaving around 7 pm. "

"The young man was the son of the owner. When he got up on the roof and put the machine down and sucked all of the lint it all came out on the roof in big clumps. He left it there. When he came down to come in for me to sign. I looked up and saw all of this lint blowing on my patio, on my flowers, in other people's yards. I said aren't you going to vacuum that off the roof? He said the wind would blow it away. I said that is not acceptable. I live in a condo and that is blowing into my neighbors yards and onto my flowers. He reluctantly went back to the van and got the vacuum and started vacuuming what was left by that time. My son went out and picked it off my flowers. It didn't take very long at all. It wasn't a long appointment. I didn't realize it had so much in it. He explained to me how lint is sucked up into the vent. I was concerned about my dryer. He explained if it is functioning properly once you turn the machine on it sucks it up and out of the vent. He got a lot out. I had no problem with him up to the clean up point."

"The installer knew exactly what he needed to do, and did it efficiently. He worked in the 90+ heat and finished all the work within a few hours. He cleaned up after himself. <br /> I was scheduled for the day earlier than the actual day of installation, and they asked to move it back a day. <br />"

"Tony did a great job. He came earlier than originally expected after calling and texting to confirm it would be ok. After the assembly, he even gave me an overview of the desk and it's features. He was positive and professional and I'll definitely hire him again."
