"Kudos to CV Roofing, Tom Dragoo, and team! They truly provide exceptional service. After a moderately hard rain, we discovered water damage around a recessed light in the entry of our new home. This is an area where the metal roof comes together at many odd angles. We were very anxious as more heavy rain was expected within the week. Adding to our concern was the possibility of supply chain issues we'd read so much about. Tom Dragoo responded quickly and understood our sense of urgency. He assessed the issue, assured the materials needed were readily available, and scheduled his team; Who, btw, were remarkably punctual. And for contractors, that's saying something! We really appreciated the care Tom took to educate us on metal roofs, i.e. while metal roofs can indeed last 30+ years, the rubber grommets in Central Texas heat, do not. "I had an unexplained leak in my roof but couldn’t find the source. I found Vantage Roofing on Angi. Rene called me immediately and was able to come inspect my roof the same day. He found the problem quickly and offered to repair it that same day, as well as replace my roof vent, which had been damaged by strong winds. He quoted a very fair price. He and his team did an amazing job, matched the color of the damaged shingles, and had everything repaired and looking perfect about 4 hours later. I will call Vantage again for roof-related repairs. Rene is knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Communication about the problem, options for repair, and cost was far above what I have experienced with other contractors. 5 stars."

"Jeff was great. We had two other roofing companies make repairs on a leak, and it was not fixed by them. When Jeff came out, he was able to spot a possible problem area right away. The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas. After fixing that problem, another area, in a different location was leaking. "I contacted three companies for bids. ?Lamar Lang with Titan was easily the most professional company representative that looked at the job. ?His explanations were clear and he went out of his way to discuss all options with me. We agreed to move forward back in February understanding it would take about 8 weeks for delivery of the custom windows. The new windows?arrived the last week in April and we scheduled installation for 5/3. ?The crew arrived on time, carefully covered the floor and all furniture in the work area and completed the installation in about 6 hours. They even took time to touch up some of the exterior paint as they worked. ?By the end of the day we had new windows and you would not have known they had ever been here.? Within 24 hours I had a call from management checking to make sure i was pleased with the installation and to ask if I had any questions and/or issues. I only wish all home improvement projects could go this easily. Bottom line: ?We are pleased."
