"The roof was completed first and the interior work was done at a later date. The roof was done very quickly. All debris was picked up thoroughly and we are happy with the results. For the interior work, the workmen were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and neat. They were prompt in the morning, and kept us informed daily about progress. When decisions needed to be made, they used layman's terms, explained options and were clear when sending us for materials and paint. They took very few breaks and let us know when they were going to lunch. They worked carefully, there were no big messes, and they cleaned everything up at the end of each day. The whole project took less time than we anticipated. We are very happy with the completed repairs. We also had one window replaced with this project. Very nice quality, basic vinyl clad window."

"We decided to explore the idea of adding a covering to our deck this year, and consulted with Robert Szudzik as to what options we would have. He was honest and upfront in noting that our best option would be to remove the deck to allow for better space and clearance. We did just that, and had a concrete pad poured in its place, which gave us a larger template to work with. Given the recent events, many contractors were not available, so we decided to work on this build ourselves. Having some technical background but not as a GC, Robert's drawings helped us greatly in obtaining the necessary town permits, composing a materials list & building the structure to code.
