"Bobby from Horne was professional and punctual. He showed us pictures of the old furnace and explained what we would need to repair or replace. We did not feel at all pressured to go for the most expensive unit. During installation, air got into the gas pipes and we had no hot water to fireplace. Horne responded and had techs out immediately to solve the problem. We have signed maintenance contract with them also. I have an acquaintance who is in the building trades and he also recommended them and spoke of them as one of the best HVAC folks in town. A+"

We called American Air at 5:30 pm and the service person was there that night! He realized we needed a whole new unit. It was also a Friday night. He brought us a very nice portable unit to use until Monday when our new unit would be installed. They showed up Monday morning and worked in the blazing heat until about 4:00 pm. Because of the age of our units, we went ahead and purchased an AC and furnace as well. Our furnace is in the attic which was probably about 150 degrees up there.
