"Scott responded very quickly to my call, came out when he said he would, charged me a service fee for the visit that seems lower than other places would. Our washer wouldn't leak while he was here, so to wrote the invoice to note that he wouldn't recharge the visit fee if he came back within 30 days. He came back twice - once to diagnose and once to fix. Every time, he was able to come within the window of time that he estimated, given his other jobs. The one time that he was not able to get here earlier in that window of time, he called and kept me informed of what his schedule looked like. He fixed it, showed me the source of the leak, and charged a reasonable price for his services. I was VERY satisfied with his work and responsiveness."

He obviously knew what he was doing; explained what the problem was and why the action I had already taken (cleaning gunk out of the bottom inside drain) was all it needed. Wasn't even going to charge me, but I asked him to clean the back of my fridge - so he charged $29.95 + tax. (I would've paid for just the house call anyway, as to do otherwise wouldn't be fair to the company.)"

"It went great! The other places we called were backed up for a week, J&J came the second morning after we called them. They had asked more questions on the phone about the problem and also Serial and Model numbers off of the refrigerator. The repairman Bruce checked out the problem and because they had asked questions on the phone, he had the part in his van. It was the starting circuit for the compressor. He also did a cleaning of the coils and compressor area while he was here."

"Excellent job. Pre-Sales engineer was excellent. He provided guidance on the sizing of the units and the best brand to use. He answered all questions very promptly and made multiple visits to the house to ensure the system that was the best for us was selected. The Installers were excellent. They worked extremely hard, and effectively removed a very heavy Lennox pulse furnace. The install work was very professional. The intake and exhaust vents were set up properly and the drain lines are very neat. I liked their use of pea gravel for the AC unit to ensure that it was properly leveled. They completed a very big job in 1 day. They had all of the right materials to do the job correctly and they started the work right on time. The AC unit works very well (not cold enough to fully check out the furnace yet). Len's partnered with Home Depot on this and it was a top-notch install."

"Winter storm and coldest day of the year, my furnace decides not to work and of course it's on the weekend - house temp 47 degrees! Contact TSP via the emergency line and received an immediate call back. The technician was at my house within 3 hrs and furnaced back up a running within an hour. Only reason for 3-hour turnaround for technician was due to weather and high volume of problems. I also contacted another company "My Guys" and they basically said I was going to need a new furnace, and the repair would be $1450! TSP did the job for half the cost. Only reason it was a bit high was because it was a Sunday (OT). This family-owned company is honest and reliable. Please do not hesitate to contact with any of your heating/cooling issues. Always here on the dot. I purchased the top of the line electric heat pump. I would highly recommend crown heating and cooling . I was in customer service 40 years and trained it.
