"We called and explained what happened and that water was running ALL over the basement floor as I was speaking with them. They were NOT ONLY THE "FIRST" company to get us in BUT they were the "MOST" reasonably priced and Sal's does the "BEST" WORK!!! "THANK GOD" they didn't try to milk me considering it was an "EMERGENCY" and I was ALREADY FREAKING OUT. They came in replaced the Hot Water tank and cleaned up 98% of the water on the floor as well. We have been having Sal's service BOTH of our furnaces for approximately 4-5 years maybe more and we're OBVIOUSLY VERY HAPPY WITH OUR CHOICE. Peace and God Bless ????"

"When installing a new refrigerator, the knob to turn the water off fell off in the service man’s hand and water was going everywhere. We had to turn the water off to the whole house. In a panic I found Home Advisor and after inputting my info, Amy from Mr. Rooter called within five minutes. After looking at her schedule, she said a tech would show up in 30-60 minutes. Don’t remember the time exactly, but Mike D. showed up in about 35-45. After inspecting the problem, he gave me an estimate. He said that there was a slow leak that had messed up the drywall and he had to cut it out. He installed all new pipes, bought a 2x4 because the new box was smaller than the old box and basically redid the entire site. Mike was so nice and explained everything he did. He realized that I was stressed and made every effort to make this process as easy as he could. If the service men would have brought the new refrigerator inside, Mike D. would have installed it for me. (They came back later and there were no issues installing the new fridge). When I first got the estimate I thought it was high, but I had no choice. In retrospect, I received much more value for my money. I will hire Mr.Rooter and Mike D. for any future plumbing projects."

In the end we chose to replace it and they were able to secure a new unit and install it within 3 hours. "I contacted Plunger Plumber to replace an old outdoor faucet that had been leaking. Joe came out, took a look at the problem, and explained the type of faucet he'd replace it with. We also talked about replacing the old valves underneath the kitchen sink. He quoted a price I felt was reasonable and then he got to work. I was very pleased with Joe's knowledge and the way he explained things to me, as well as with his workmanship. I'd call this company again in the future."

"Our heater went out end of this past winter and then our AC went out beginning of summer. Talk about a double shot in the foot.z I worked with Darren (sales) to find out what we would need. He was very professional and not pushy about any specific brand or item. I told him what budget we wanted to stay in and he was right on the money with his quote. He was very thorough with explaining what he suggested and showing how to get heat & AC to work as needed. Ethan and Brad were the installers that came out to do the work. They were absolutely amazing! Extremely professional, very knowledgeable about the product and install requirement, they laid down a covering over the floor so as not to cause any damage. Since we had to have both AC and heating done it took more time than usual but they had no problem coming out 2 days. I can t say enough how happy we are that we hired Schar Heating & Cooling!!"
