He also let me know when he was leaving LV to come out to my place. That is unheard of with companies here. He gave me a very competitive quote with options. Ended up scheduling the install a few days out. Installer was also very friendly and communicative. I will be calling this company from here on out with any needs that come up. I highly recommend their services. Fun fact… first company I called was a respectable local to BC company. Have used them in the past. They were late for their quote. "The patio roof had rotted in several places due to water buildup. The prior owner apparently put up the roof himself and it was not level. They removed corrugated steel and rotten plywood and facia board, and installed new materials along with a larger drip edge and seal to stop water from backing up. It was then painted and quite close to the original color. Lawrence and Brandon did a great job, they were neat, picked up, and there was not a single nail or screw left on the ground. I have since had this contractor back to do minor repairs outside and would definitely recommend them."
