He saw another issue and ordered the part and fixed that. He charged a very reasonable price and told us beforehand if it was a certain part, it would be cheaper to buy a new dryer. I don’t like buying new appliances when I have an older, solidly built one. Preston is honest, very professional, and a bit of a perfectionist.
