He first painted the interior of my two-story town house with absolute perfection. Since then he has followed up on several repairs at my town house through the years, i.e., insulation, dry wall, pipe-fitting, vanity replacement, and painting which have occurred due to problems created by other plumbing companies. Above and beyond the call of duty, he contacted the company who recently installed a new water heater for me since they did not complete the installation per code resulting in their immediate action to comply. Most recently he actually “saved the day” by single-handedly discovering a new water leak due to a malfunctioning air conditioning pump during the hottest week in 2020 in the garage which created yet another leak in the walls adjacent to the original problem he was contracted to repair, just prior to his repairing that recent plumbing problem and he personally arranged an air conditioning company to immediately install the new air conditioning pump. I was using this provider because my regular plumber was out of town. I declined to do further business with Action Services and when my regular plumber was available he easily fixed the clogged drain for $90.00. I don't know if Action Services was trying to perform unnecessary work to get more money from me, or if their plumber legitimately thought that the main line needed to be cleared to fix a minor problem; either way, it did not instill confidence in their company.
