"Had Dawsons come out to demolish and rebuild our back deck, remove a cement prefab front entry and replace with a small porch, and redo our bay window in the front. We went with Dawson for a couple reasons - great reviews online, Greg was pressure-free when it came to deciding what we wanted for the project, and a reasonable estimate. During the course of each project, the work was handled with extreme care and attention, and with great professionalism. "My wife and I needed a new roof on our carport and also the 3 season porch roof. The carport had a hole in the roof and caused rot around the rear support post. Eddie told me what needed to be done. It wasn't a simple job as I hoped it would be. After most of the work was completed, they noticed that there was a lot of rot on the house siding where it meets the roof of the 3 season porch. There was also other rot around the carport roof. Knowing that We wanted to eventually do vinyl siding, we decided now was as good a time as any. The crew did an excellent job on the carport and 3 season room, so we hired them to vinyl side our house. Best decision we ever made. The workers who did this job are top notch, very professional. "In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"
