"Bill did a great job. He called to tell me that he was running early, which I appreciated. Then he did an excellent job replacing a very old spring and pulley mechanism. I had not been able to open my garage door before his work was done. Now, I can open the door with no problem. We also discussed getting a new door in the future, if I wanted one. He showed me the door that he'd recommend, but in no way pressured me on the subject. If I do decide to get a new door, I would definitely hire him for that."
