"Fantastic!!! My first call (on a Saturday) was returned in ~30 minutes. Since it wasn’t an emergency I was asked if the office could call me back on Monday to set an appointment - which was fine. Kristen called first thing Monday morning and worked with me to set a convenient time. I explained that the repairs were needed at my mother’s home (in a resort community) and that my mother’s aide would be present but I could not meet with the technician and would need to coordinate payment remotely. None of this was a problem and, in fact, they even offered to purchase the replacement faucet she needed for me since I couldn’t be there to arrange for it prior to the appointment. The estimate was given before the work began and the bill was for the same amount despite the technician having to make a couple of extra supply runs during the repair. I paid promptly by phone and received a receipt within the same day. Overall, a big sigh of relief to know I found a reputable company that was responsive, fair and understanding of my situation. I wish them continued success and prosperity!"

"We had an upstairs toilet that was leaking downstairs. Mr. Fix It removed the toilet, determined that both the wax seal and the toilet flange needed to be replaced, and performed the necessary repairs."

"It went well. The job was performed thoroughly. I have great confidence in Mike D. From what I observed, he and the young man who accompanied him to help, work well together. They explained what they were doing. They noticed a slow leak in a valve on the hot water tank which they replaced. I have a service contract with them for both appliances."

"They were experts and fast and put my mind at ease thanks if you have any issues with sewer and or Waterline repair hire them fast"

"Their representative Andrew was Professional got the blinds delivered and installed in one day as we needed them before my in-laws arrived. We were happy with the service and they were half the price of the other companies."

"I needed to have the hot and cold shutoff valves replaced in the laundry area, Two other plumbing companies quoted me prices higher and said the wall had to be cut. Chris from A.J. Perry arrived and said he might be able to replace the valves without cutting the wall. He did, in fact, replace the valves without cutting and wall. Chris was the nicest service person I dealt with in a very long time."
