My Hot water heater busted on Christmas night and i called advanced professional 26th early morning, tech at my home in no time to provide estimate and work was done within next 4-6 hours. Technician name Abe who came to my house for service is one of the best. Very polite, professional and make sure work is done neat and clean. "PipeWorks' Anthony came out to my New Providence home on 3/18/17 and was extremely professional -- quickly diagnosing the issue with the newly installed water heater as being an issue with the water pressure coming into the house being extremely high and the water pressure valve being faulty. He explained to us what the issue was and how the existing pressure (140) was way too high when it really needed to be (60). Anthony was patient because I sorta freaked out at the price. They are a little high but you get what you pay for. After my freak out session we authorized him to do the work. For that price I said that I was going to be his apprentice- first to oversee the work and second to learn. He smiled and said of course. He was patient because I asked all sorts of questions. Ranging from "why are you doing that" to talking shop about motorcycles. He was great and I would welcome him back any time. Extras: * Anthony put paper covers on his shoes before entering the house -- a respectful touch * The service was reasonably high-tech. Anthony used a iPad, allowed me to pay with a credit card."

"Although the electrician was friendly and professional, let me know what needed to be repaired and performed the work well, the price of the job was exorbitant for what was needed, and he did not explain until after the work was performed that part of the charge was an? annual membership? to their Total Care Club. He explained that it actually made the job less expensive overall, but I found it unacceptable that it was not explained upfront. Frankly, if I had not needed the job done as soon as possible, I would definitely have found a local, small electrician to do the job at what would probably have been a much more affordable rate. My error in judgment. Will avoid the large chain-style companies in the future."

"Brought the deal on Sunday afternoon, within 1 hr to 2 hrs i got a call from Lisa to set up a date and time for her husband Moe to come out. Lisa also remembered me from work Moe did last year. Moe and Chase came out on Tuesday and worked on the a.c unit and got it running. Moe was all willing to answer any and all questions i had about the leaking water heater and quoted me a price to install a new heater and also questions about shower replacement. They also waited around for a little bit to make sure there was cool air coming through the vents"
