"After his analysis, he did not charge me anything, but sent me to another laptop repair person whom he knew and trusted, a guy named Brian with Laptop Repair in Denver. That person continued with the repairs and Mark picked up the computer, brought it again to me and checked it out in my apartment. He found some problems that he said would take more time to fix, some that I was not aware of, took the computer to his home for further correction of problems he had discovered. When he brought the computer back to me, it worked well, and he had added Skype, Windows Word, and Norton Security Suite, free of charge! I know Windows is about $100 itself! "My computer got a virus a while ago and I tried some things here and there on my own to fix the situation.  However,  I do not have enough computer knowledge to do this.  I did some searching on Craigslist and found Ricky's ad.  I called  mid afternoon and explained my problem to him.  He told me what he could do and what the potential problem was.  He explained that the virus I had may be hidden under a different name compared to the other files.  He advised me to "factory reset" my computer.  He walked me through each step of the process from beginning to end.  He backed up all my files and restored my computer.  He did put all my files back to where I had saved them.  This includes documents, pictures, etc.  I dropped the computer off at about 3pm Tuesday afternoon.  He said that I would be able to pick it up the following day within 24 hours.  He even said if I needed it that night, it would be ready.  I have gotten my computer back and have been using it.  Ricky made it faster and installed a different operating system, which helps the computer run.  I am highly impressed by Ricky and the work that was performed.  I thought $125 was a reasonable price for a "factory reset" and upgrades.  He is highly knowledgeable about the computer industry and can help guide you into making the correct decision.  I have his card and will continue to use him in the future for all computer related issues.  Thanks Ricky!  Please feel free to give out my name and number for a reference. <br /> <br /> Jason and Lauren Oliver"
