Nesheim's came in on time (as far as I know), did the work unsupervised, and when I showed up several days later I thought someone had installed a new carpet. Sure, it still has some of the furniture dents and other "character" that carpets pick up over time, but today it looks better than it did when I bought this house over a decade ago. The only reason I give them a B on price is that they're competitive with other estimates I got, if slightly higher, but only after a 20% discount that they've been offering for a few months. Full price would be significantly higher than other competitors, but I have no way of comparing the quality of those competitors' service. As far as I'm concerned Nesheim's are carpet wizards, and $400 to make about 1000 square feet of carpet look nearly new is a pretty good deal. I'm attaching photos of the same carpet from its previous rental listing and from today. No, sorry, the confused looking dog is not included in the cleaning."
