I was unable to get in my garage and I had no other access doors or windows. He was the third Co. I talked to . The 1st couldn't get in without damaging things and the 2nd didnt show up for the job during the appt. window so it was very refreshing to talk to Sam directly and have it be Sam that came out himself to help me get in the garage .
