But gave them the benefit of the doubt due to a lot of weather factors, supplier issues and a myriad of other excuses. Work OK. Hired again to replace some wood trim with Harditrim. Price was exorbitant, taken over three weeks for a -- 1 day job-- their assessment. No end of excuses. Came repeatedly on days I specifically said they could not (Fridays), and worst of all, the quality is horrible. Could have hired much better at the home appliance store for less than half the cost. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

Ray Bullock roofing provided excellent service in installing the metal roof on my house and storage shed.  There were 6 very professional and courteous workers who were here on time and worked continuously until the job was finished.  The workers were friendly and very pleasant.  The work and clean up was excellent.  Wasn't sure of the color we wanted and Mr. Bullock recommended a color which looks really nice on the house and shed.  It has rained hard a couple of times since the installation and so far have found no damage or leaks.  Mr. Bullock came out the next day to see how well we liked the new metal roof and take some pictures.  Mr. Bullock also called on 9/7/2015 just to see if there were any problems and to check to see if everything ok.  I would hire this company again and recommend him to everyone.  Again, Ray Bullock Roofing did an excellent job and the house and shed looks really nice.

I agree with all the other positive comments and definitely recommend them without hesitation.  They care about the quality of their work - they have a 10 year warranty on their workmanship.

Came out to look at my roof and were very informative.   They spent time pointing out my neighbors house, the shortcuts their roofer had made and why that roof may not last over time / through a hurricane.

They replaced my roof, replaced a lot of the damaged wood under the old shingles. Took down my unused oil burner chimney to below the roof line and roofed over it. Took pictures of the work in progress and gave me them when finished.  Everything happened on time, and cleaned up afterwards.

I also had them replace my windows. That also went smoothly. All thier workers were great, very polite and answered any questions I had.  When it was discovered that the window manufacturer had sent one window that was the wrong style, they put in a temporary window. Came back 2 weeks later and installed the correct one with out any issue.

They will be my first point of contact for future work on the house.  

So happy I found someone who I can trust to do a job RIGHT.
