"When my new washer & dryer were delivered & installed a water leak was found & shut off. I was told to call a plumber. C. Woods Company came out, tightened the fittings & didn’t charge me. I was blown away! I’ll call them every time there’s a need! Just, WOW!"

"We've built up a lot of trust in Sean who installed a tankless hotwater heater, recirculating pump & timer, new supply line valves throughout our home as well as some corrections to older plumbing work done improperly. After the first tankless water heater arrived damaged, he worked supply chain magic to get a new unit when no suppliers or even the Japanese manufacturer had them on hand. He is extremely responsive, does what he says he's going to do, knowledgeable and gives solid explanation for the work he does, the parts he's replacing and the principles on how it works. We'll definitely call Benjamin Franklin first the next time we need plumbing work done."

"Wonderful company. Their technician was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about their services. Would recommend again"

"Yes. Jacob, my service tech, diagnosed the problem with our garbage disposal.. He removed, replaced and ran the new garbage disposal. No problem. Jacob did a fantastic professional job. In addition I am very pleased with Shepherd Plumbing quick response and ease of making contact with Brandon, the owner. I would highly recommend them."

"I had to shut off the water to my house so I needed fast service. Within about a two hour time frame they arrived, took care of my issue and I was able to turn my water back on!"

"Repair was well done but it was $160.00 to replace the part inside of the tank."

"This was a kitchen faucet replacement. When the plumber opened the new faucet box he discovered that new faucet had been broken and returned to the store. He rescheduled the installation for the next day and did not charge any additional fee to return to finish the job."

"I had a slight gas odor coming from thermostat control valve on 9 year old gas water heater. The technician went over my options of replacement. He called the manufacturer on part replacement costs and symptoms I was having. The manufacturer told him that the gas odor is normal. Therefore, he did not charge for service call and everything was fine. It was nice that they were honest and try not to have me replace or buy anything I didn't need. Some places would have tried to con me into an expensive repair or new water heater."

"All of the services, new home plumbing, replace water heater and recently drain issues were quickly and cleanly completed. Very good company!!"
