He promptly responded to our request for a quote and was able to explain to us in detail his plan to install more outlets, a bathroom fan, and new lighting in our home. His pricing was competitive and his work ethic was very impressive. He brought in his own Matt s and tarps to ensure he didn t track any dirt in our home and he cleaned everything thoroughly when he was done. He was very detail oriented when installing outlets on our walls, ensuring he did not damage any shiplap and left a very clean look. He went above and beyond our expectations. After he was done with the work, he did a thorough inspection on our electrical panel, meter, and electrical line. He informed us that we had oxidation and exposed live wire on our power line and recommended we call our utility provider to come out and service it. We did, and they replaced the entire line for free, which made our backyard safer and to code. We would not have known otherwise that it needed repair. "Whenever I messaged him and told him what our refrigerator was doing, he told me that it sounds like the evaporator fan was going out. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday evening, but he had to reschedule for Thursday morning which was no problem. He gets here and checks out the refrigerator and starts removing the inside panel to access the evaporator fan. It was not turning and when he was explaining everything to me, he tapped the fan and it started turning. He turned the refrigerator off and unplugged it, took the evaporator fan apart and cleaned it. Our problem was a simple fix by cleaning the magnet in the fan, and he didn't try to push for me to purchase a new part. If I had questions, he answered them. Very polite, professional and very affordable. I highly recommend him."

They replaced rotten posts on porch & shed, and replaced & painted rotten fascia boards, installed new metal door with a pet door on shed, & built new double-doors on the shed. In small bathroom in the house they replaced fiberglass shower/tub with new porcelain tub & custom tile, plumbing fixtures & access door to plumbing, new toilet, exhaust heater/fan, light fixtures, vanity, ceramic tile on floor, drywall & painted cabinets & walls. Ray also replaced our roof from hurricane storm damage. I’m happy with the results. Ray addressed any questions/changes I had until I was happy.
