"We found Golden Aire when looking for a company that installs Rheem HVAC systems. Golden Aire installs other brands as well and we received quotes on those as well, but we were partial to Rheem as our house had a Rheem system that worked well and surprisingly efficiently for 30 years (the second system is still running as I'm writing this: 30 years and counting!). Ken Golden, the owner of Golden Aire, came to our house for a quote and impressed me right away with his knowledge, honesty and professionalism. Have him come give you a quote just to see the difference between his expertise and the salespeople that other companies send out to do their bids! His price was comparable to that of other companies who were pricing out less expensive brands. When his crew came out to do the job, they were also very courteous, professional and punctual. They replaced some incorrectly installed ducts at no cost and finished the job cleanly and exactly as promised. The office, also extremely courteous and professional, followed up with me to do the testing for the airconditioning a few months later (as it was installed in winter and couldn't be tested) and scheduled the inspection for me. We are definitely giving them a call if and when the other system goes out."

"The Central A/C installation was completed professionally and on schedule. The technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, and left everything clean. I'm very happy with the quality of the service."

"Glen arrived on time, did a tuneup of my central heating system and charged a fair price. I have used his services in previous years and will continue to do so."

"Best HVAC company I've had to deal with for a long time. very professional, courteous, goes beyond the job to get a repair or install done right and timely. they're also the best bargain and use superior equipment compared to other companies. from the moment I contacted them to the last details of the job they shine high above other irresponsible companies out there. I highly recommend them."

"I decided to go with Ecology Air Innovations after my 33 old HVAC system crapped out on me. They installed a brand new Trane two stage heat pump, variable speed air handler, and all new ducts. I had been looking into Trane equipment because, while a little more expensive, I wanted to go with something reliable and Trane is one of the best. I received multiple quotes on that type of equipment and Ecology Air Innovations beat everyone else's price by a mile. Mark, the owner of the company, initially responded to my request and responded back very quickly. He came out and gave me the estimate the next day. He was very professional and helped me answer any questions I had. Three of his employees came out to do the work the next week and finished the total install in two days. They were all very professional and polite. One final thing, I received a SMUD rebate with the new install that was only good through the end of the month, and I was doing this very last minute...Mark jumped through hoops for me to make sure all of the paperwork got submitted in time so that I received the rebate. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend them!"

"Super nice dudes, very friendly and went above in beyond helping me my install my wok. Showed enthusiasm about my personal project."

"They installed a furnace and had to keep coming back to adjust it and even replaced a part. The warranty ran out a year later. But now, a year and a half later, they replaced it free of charge with a different brand."

"The technician arrived on time and did a great job!"

"Very fast and professional service. They understood the urgency for replacement due to heat wave. Highly recommend."
