With my service contract, I could have replaced the unit with a 13 seer for free. I upgraded to a 15 seer with this installation and I paid out of pocket, but I received a credit for it from Service of America. I received five estimates from others. They were not the lowest, but they were reasonable. They gave me as discount as well because I had been a member with them. Two technicians came out in the morning for the installation and completed the work within that day. They had to install a new concrete slab that was about five inches thick outside and then tied the new unit down. They had to install the electric for the unit as well. They cleaned everything up when the job was complete. They even provided me with several free air filters. I have had no complaints with them at all. They are very responsive and quick, especially when it is an emergency for heat or air. They are a very good company and I like them."
