We have a sunsail and it required them to install some anchors by doing some custom work included in the cost of the new roof. I like that they took the time to do things right and letting me know when something was previously installed wrong, i.e. bathroom vanity not attached to the wall. This is the third project JW has done for me and every time the outcome was what I expected or better. I love that they clean as they go!!! You expect having to clean up after a project, but they always cover things up, put down floor protection, and constantly clean/vacuum.
