I initially started with them by replacing my old cedar shake roof with new architectural asphalt shingle (32 squares) with three new skylights. From the very start, the sales and contract process with Ryan was open and honest. They genuinely wanted to get the right roof solution versus just making another sale. The communication through the process from the back-office with Jerry and Yolanda was also superb. The roof and skylights were ultimately installed and the RIBA Construction diligently followed through until all work was completed. "They did a fantastic job on my wood siding, window trim, and painting. Of 3 different contractors to perform this type of work for me over the last 15 years, they did without a doubt the best job. I would highly recommend them. They were very responsive to small requests such as removing an unwanted satellite dish rather than painting around it. There were some minor challenges getting on the schedule As a result we ran up against a schedule deadline for me and had to proceed with some second choice siding for some of the repairs. There was a little confusion over the required permit too, but in the end they got the work done when I needed it to be done. They estimated a little low, and the final cost was about 25% higher."

"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."
