"Karol is a very nice guy to work with. He is approachable, easy to communicate with. He goes through the project from end to end on our first visit, explain how he would build the frame, cut the wood, the timeline. He also finds a stone guy and coordinates the work. When actually doing the work, he puts cardboards on our floor to avoid scratching. Upon request, he also did a prototype for us, and when we change our mind to use a different style, he redoes the bulk of the project. I would recommend Karol to anyone who needs carpenter work!"

"Zacarias Remodeling Construction is AMAZING! Oscar and his crew recently did a complete kitchen/ family room renovation for us and it was such a wonderful experience. They were always so responsive and did beautiful work. "I chose Prestige and the exceeded my expectations. We had water damage from the condo above. We decided to add to the project & update the floors throughout the house and upgrade the kitchen. Other contractors said we would have to move out. Tony allowed us to stay and they worked â aroundâ us & coordinated with our schedules. They started the day they said and finished ahead of schedule. 3-4 guys came every morning at 8:30 & cleaned up every day before they left up until the project was complete. They were great. Tonyâ s obvious goal throughout was customer service. We had some issues with the refrigerator we ordered not fitting, and he engineered around this to make sure everything was perfect. He hoped us choose materials throughout. He had his guys do extra for us, such as painting every door, without passing along the costs. He took on everything, including plumbing, tile work, painting, flooring, kitchen remodeling and fixing the Sheetrock. He told me many times that he just wanted me to have a beautiful home.
