"Mario was a rally nice, well-mannered man who clearly new what he was doing. He answered all our.questions with a congenial smile. He cleaned up the area very well after completion of the task. We would say you have a winning employee in Mario!"

"NCB did a wonderful job with upgrading my washer box and drain. However, when they spliced into the 2" cast iron to the 4" main we found it so clogged up it looked like an artery ready for a heart attack. The Tech on-site took photos so I could see the before the condition in order to make a better informed decision. Replacement was the really the only option, especially since I already had clogging issues where the kitchen sink and washer drain came together before the 4" main. Plus there was a crack in the 4" main tight where this 2" t-ed in. The extra added work was done very well and the added cost was very reasonable. It definitely took care of some of my issues in dealing with old cast iron drains and sewer. I also appreciate their consideration and really pushing so I could make a previously planned appointment later in the afternoon. This allowed me to have my water turned back and tested on at days end and saved a return trip the next day. I feel the original and add-on work were reasonably priced, especially the add-on work."

"I'm 68yr young. Used to do all my own repairs. Looked on line for plumbers read reviews on home advisor. This company came out, replaced broken pipe the proper way, no short cut. They completed job quickly and the charge was more than fair. Most friendly I've ever seen. Thank you N&J's"

"Vincent was very sweet and very personable but better than that he got the job done and my drains are clear and drain beautiful ly!"

"completed main line clean out at a great price compare to other plumbers"

"Cody is helping us determine if we have a water leak in the foundation piping. Were getting moisture under our laminate flooring that is causing it to buckle. Cody was honest in recommending a technical diagnosis from another plumbing company before beginning work. He wanted to make sure a leak was confirmed. We appreciate his thorough diagnosis before beginning any work. Thanks, Cody!"

"Replaced a 400 ft waterline service from street to house. Prompt service. Fair price and they stayed with it even when they encountered increased difficulty in executing the trenching--Caliche that was not anticipated required a much heavier and more expensive excavator. Discussed options and clearly articulated the tradeoffs. Quality materials; quality work professionally executed. Friendly, open and trustworthy. Left the work site clean and as close to original condition as possible. Definitely will rehire if needed in future and highly recommend."

"I had some electrical problems and Jenna came out and gave me exactly what I wanted! She explained to me what she could do to solve my problem and she was going to put in some electrical boxes by my Internet router and I got exactly what I wanted. I’m extremely happy. She’s very knowledgeable, courteous, and a very nice person."
