"The installation was a replacement garage door opener with battery backup. I called one day and had an appointment the very next day. The technician they sent (Jonathan) did an excellent job. The new garage door opener is much quieter and smoother than the old one, and not to mention the piece of mind if the power goes out. Jonathan also was very helpful in explaining operation and providing advice on lubrication."

"A high priced, high overhead company sends a low paid worker to your house to do the unskilled labor of cleaning windows, then pockets 50% of the purchase price for themselves.
Caveat: The worker did a good job but the company did little or nothing to add competitive value to the purchase price of the work completed. I overpaid and should have hired a motivated college kid directly.

"Called him out to replace my garage door because my old one was squeaking and very slow at opening and closing. Was out the next day to help me. My new garage door now runs so quiet and smooth compared to my last one. Great customer service. Explained to me all that was wrong and was very honest with pricing.
