I am a licensed, bonded, and insured General Contractor with an extensive background in design and construction. I do not just talk the talk, I walk the walk, having physically labored in trades ranging from tile and plumbing, to foundation and framing. To this day, there is seldom a project I will not roll up my sleeves for, be it setting lines for a home addition, or laying out complex tile patterns to be reproduced by my team. I received my Masters in Architecture (M.Arch) from UCLA, where I graduated with distinction. My family and I went out of the country while the kitchen renovations were done and Lawrence took care of everything for us. He was super easy to get in contact with when we needed him or had any questions. He honestly went above and beyond for us and I loved how transparent he was about the job along the way. I've worked with other contractors in the past that weren't so honest and it was such a nice experience this time around. Emily was our project coordinator and designer and kept us updated daily on what was happening. He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day.
