"Fairly well. There were flood issues, zoning issues, foundation issues that all had to be solved either before or during construction, so the project took longer than originally planned. The workmanship of most of the subcontractors was excellent, and due to the efforts of Cyndee Bourquet, our building liaison, all issues during construction were resolved. Art DeLaCerda, one of the partners, was always able to respond to questions clearly, especially the financial ones."

"If it wasn't for the custom counter-top, it all could have been installed it in about 2 weeks. However, my counter-tops are old, so they were on order for a month to customize the color and size. I found a formica that matched my counter-tops so well that no one has noticed the difference. My parents say it looks like it's been there the whole time. <br /> The installers were on time (okay, about 10 minutes early) and brought all of their own equipment (a bad past contractor experience). If you have small kids or pets that don't like loud noises, I would highly recommend you to send them away for a couple of hours. I chose to stay just in case they needed to confirm anything with me. It was an interesting process to watch. The whole thing took about 2 1/2 hrs and they were very good about cleaning up the scrap pieces of wood and wood dust. They even polished my cabinets and counter-top afterward and gave instructions on how to care for them. I would absolutely use them again. <br />"
