They worked with me to select a lower-cost water heater, which they picked up from the retailer instead of being forced to buy their more expensive unit. Installers wore masks as requested and did not enter the home. They have since joined a large plumbing **group** (ZPlumblers), but still gave me a local business card for the future. Then you either ok any additional costs and he fixes, or you ok if it's no additional costs and he fixes. If you don't like quote, call AHS and get a 2nd quote from another screened provider for no additional cost. What could be easier?"
