"I was quoted a $95 service charge. The repairman charged $125 plus parts for a 30 minute job."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Very professional and polite. The technician answered my questions about what caused the dryer to fail and how to prevent a similar failure in the future."

"We had Advance perform an annual inspection and maintenance on our A/C unit. They did a good job cleaning and servicing the unit. What really got them an A-grade however is that while they were at our house to service our main unit for the upstairs, we mentioned that our other A/C unit, which supplies the downstairs, hadn't been working for awhile. They took it upon themselves, free of charge, to look at the other unit and they were able to get it going again. They even went as far as servicing the other unit. Again, without charging us an additional charge."

"This man was on time, very professional and I would most definitely recommend. I will use his services again!

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."
