Once everything arrived, the Lonestar staff began the process of removing the old siding and replacing it with the new siding. Partly through the process, the new storm doors were installed. He removed the bad posts, installed new concrete-filled supports, and replaced the posts (including a galvanized metal cap between the concrete & wood). He also straightened a severely-leaning mailbox, securing it with concrete, and even filled in a hole that had mysteriously appeared in our driveway a couple of months ago. The entire project was completed over two days. Throughout the entire effort he kept us constantly apprised of his plans and his progress. And when he and his assistant departed, they left the porch area cleaner than they found it. And the total cost was 25% less than the original estimate."
