"I had an issue with removing my clothes washer connections from the fixtures. I had to contact a plumber and I decided on Plumbing Innovators due to the excellent service I received from them in the past. Two technicians came (Parker and Matt L) and they removed the old washer lines, installed new ones, and tested things. They also were so kind as to provide me with water leak detector (for free) because they noticed that I had a VERY old water heater too (over 32 years old and still kicking). I was so surprised that I gave them both big hugs. They were so kind and delightful to talk to. I can't say enough about them. I hope I don't need them in the future but if I do I'll definitely call Plumbing Innovatgors."

Daniel and his crew did a great job of diagnosing the problem and came in the same week to fix it. They replaced our tub, did tile work, added an access panel to the tub from the exterior wall, and completed it with trimming. I appreciate their attention to detail. "I had a time slot that they were going to start which was 1:15 - 3:15pm. Rotor Rooter called about 3:15 pm asking if it was alright that they dispatched the service technician to our house which was strange since I arranged to be at home between 1:15 - 3:15 for them to start.

Once Jeff arrived, he was very professional and started immediately replacing the hot water heater. I have a 2 1/2 year old son and he did so much as to warn me that he would be making some noise. He was very easy to talk with and was able to answer all our questions. Since it was getting a little late, I suggested he could come back tomorrow to finish the toilets. He ended up doing that and came back the next day to finish both toilets. I am so glad I didn't try this myself. For him these were probably easy installs,but, he was able to know what other supplies and tools were required to complete the job correctly. I would have been lost and wasted all sorts of time.
