"Around 2:30 on a Sunday, I got a call from my tenant: No water! (we have a well.) I called Rooter-Man's emergency line. Within a few minutes I got a callback from "Shane" (I think). The house is in Afton, he lives in Fredericksburg, around 2 hours away! He got to Afton by about 5 or 5:30. Shane checked out the well, eliminated all other possibilities and then called me: The pump needed replacing. By this time it was around six o'clock. He'd have to drive back to C'ville to get a new pump, and he'd have to pull the well! But after giving me the cost, he simply asked, "Should I go ahead and do it now?" I was stunned! Here it was, 6PM on a Sunday night. Pulling a well is no easy job, but he was willing to go ahead and do it right then and there! "Sure" I stammered. Around 10 o'clock, Shane called. The job was done! The tenant had water and was not so grumpy anymore. WOW! I am amazed! THANK YOU Shane!"

"AC Tech Aaron was highly knowledgeable, amicable and was able to solve an issue that previously caused ARS to replace a newly installed HVC system with another new system, however, Aaron was the one to solve the ongoing issue I had with both current and previous systems. The issue was, the AC simply was not efficient enough to cool my house, reason, the air filters were severely clogged. Solution: Aaron applied a commercial degreaser, then washed both filters, this dissolved an accumulation of over 10 years worth of gunk and soot like dirt. Thanks to Aaron, my AC now is finally running to its full capacity without compromising its efficiency or causing it to overheat or worse, break down. I would recommend ARS to at a minimum inspect and equally clean all AC filters as that would go a long way towards resulting in a far better AC/HVC performance with better efficiency. They assessed the issue and cleared what they could, helped us to be able to still use the pipe until they could come out and permanently fix the issue, which was done first thing Monday morning.
