"Matthew came to do a free inspection of my plumbing.  He noticed some water under the kitchen sink and gave us a very reasonable estimate for that repair.  We ultimately decided to replace the sink and faucet, as the whole setup wasn't in great shape.  Matthew came the next day and did the job; he was punctual and professional, and he did an excellent job.  We are very pleased with how it turned out.

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"How very helpful Dillon was in fixing my problem as well as installing 4 sink faucets. Previously, I had paid two plumbing companies to come out and work on my sewer line blockage. They didn't work for long, didn't fix the problem, and charged me a lot of money! When I called Statewide, they sent someone out promptly, and he was determined to find out what my problem was. He was the only one who ventured under the house, into the crawl space. There, he discovered I had a malfunctioning check valve, so he fixed that. I then got him to replace 4 sink faucets. After he was done, he cleaned up beautifully, he made sure that none of my sinks or toilets was clogged, and he went under the house again to be sure all the lines were clear. You couldn't ask for a more conscientious worker! I'm very grateful!!"

"The work went well. However, upon arrival I asked to have the piping exchange to the piping that is easier to work with (screw on piping) and not the continous piping. The tech made a comment about possible leaking. I said that was OK. I had exchange that type of pipe though the house and did not have a problem. The change was made. The tech was paid. Two weeks later I had to contact the tech because of a leak. I was charged for the second visit.
