From the start to the finish, they were professional.    The office staff communicates well, and the installation crew was excellent.   Rather than hauling away the soil from the enlarged window well, they used the soil to grade the area around both window wells to prevent rainwater or melting snow from causing damage.
When the City inspector came by to sign off on the installation, he said "You can tell this is a quality installation. They used quality materials and did nice work."   As a side note, they installed Amerimax Windows, which is located in Loveland.
