"After purchasing an Angie's List Deal, I received the measuring kit in the mail promptly. The template and instructions provided to draw my split table top and each of the leaves were easy to use and understand. I mailed the completed materials and received the table pads very quickly. The table splits in the middle to allow insertion of up to 3 additional leaves. The table also has 2 drop leaves. That's 7 pads. All fit perfectly. I have used them on the table for family parties (not every day) and they're durable and built to last. I keep them in the box they arrived in to protect them when not in use. These are a worthwhile investment."

"Mike came out a couple of times and he really assessed my yard, including the water pooling problems I was having.  I wanted my patio extended, but because the existing patio was old, crumbling stamped concrete, he made multiple suggestions for how to make it look nice in the end.  He showed me how the end product would look and even agreed to incorporate some stone I had elsewhere in the yard to make it all look like it had always been there. He mapped it out and I was ecstatic about the vision he had. Unfortunately, to rip out my existing patio and truly do it the right way, it came in higher than I was comfortable with at this point in time.  However, I was very impressed with the amount of time Mike took with me and the different options and solutions he thought of to make it exactly what I wanted.  When I do have the budget for the project, I will definitely be calling Mike to come out and do the job. "Mike Schmidt and his team delivered a great kitchen and it wasn't easy to make our small 1940s kitchen an efficient clean and beautiful room. Mike Schmidt really is a talent and he went the extra mile solving any and all issues regarding the job. We chose a clean modern cabinet but i wanted to keep open glass doors on one side of the upper cabinets. Mike searched for a glass door that we wanted and matched the glossy finish perfectly which required some real effort. He also was great at seeing our vision and giving us choices while also being open about what in his experience will work and meet our expectations. The kitchen is fantastic and i am so impressed with the level of detail. Everything is straight and level which wasn't the case in our old kitchen prior to the renovation. We stayed on budget and his team was hardworking and professional. The whole thing took 2 to 3 weeks. Mr. Schmidt was on site daily to look at the progress and keep us aware of what was happening. We love our kitchen and were so lucky to have found Schmidt construction. Talented. professional, and honest. He made us feel important and got the job done right. Thank You"

The guy was great. He was very professional. He tried to work within the price range I gave him. I never used him. The company specialized in customized furnishings which is great but not for my project. I live in an older neighborhood. All I wanted was to clean up the bathroom, not really do an overhaul w/custom vanities, cabinetry etc. It wasn't the company's fault at all. Just basic (Lowe's) type of furnishings.. I felt bad because I feel like I wasted his time..I told him that. He was very kind. But if I ever decide to custom made remodel- I  WOULD DEFINITELY CALL CABINET CLAD 1ST.. W/O A DOUBT

"The owner, Paul Stoural, was wonderful about communicating with me through phone calls and text messages.   Without him fighting USAA for our new roof for almost 2 years we would not have the roof today!   We had 2 roof estimators come out from USAA and both claimed no recent hail damage even though we had pictures of the hail .  Then Paul Stoural asked USAA for a civil engineer to come out and look at roof.     USAA said civil engineer said no need for roof.  Then Mr. Stoural said we might consider talking to retention department at USAA since we have been with them over 20 years.   My husband did that and within the week USAA had approved the new roof.   We had given USAA pictures of the golf ball size hail and they didn't care. The owner of Marathon, Paul Stoural,  has been in business for over 17 years in Bellevue. His workers all did a good job of sweeping up at the end of the day since I was concerned with nails getting in my car tires. A great roofing company and wonderful people to work with. The vinyl siding looks great too!"
