They corrected drainage on three sides of an addition so water flows away from the house instead of into the crawlspace; replaced 30 feet of exit pipe from the perimeter drain around the foundation of the addition; installed new sod; and removed weeds from landscaped rock areas in the front yard. The improvements look great. Shortly afterwards, I engaged an inspector to check the foundation. From the initial call all the way up until today (2 months post job completion) he has been very responsive when I have contacted him. The backyard in a home we recently purchased had been neglected for well over a decade. Brilliant Landscaping did a superb job giving it a facelift.
