His detailed explanations of the issues matched the readings and physical signs of the problems(cracked bricks, drywall, some mold, and bowing basement wall). He certainly gained my trust where the others did not and although extremely expensive, the costs did not seem unreasonable given the work that needed to be done to properly secure and waterproof my foundation and I signed the contract with JES.
