After the gutter installation a heavy rainstorm tested the system and resulted in a few minor leaks that the contractor promptly resolved. All ground work was leveled and shrubbery returned to the flower beds. "I've had four previous foundation contractors come to the house who performed inspections of the foundation and all gave different answers. Howard Glancy with JES was the first to expertly use laser measurements and moisture readings to accurately diagnose the problem.
