"What a great experience! Scheduling was a breeze; and the plumber, Owen, arrived on time, well within the window after a call that he was on his way. I originally scheduled them to install a touchless kitchen faucet I had purchased; when he was here, I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal and then he noted some issues with my current kitchen sink traps (which were clear to see when he pointed them out). Owen was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; and he immediately flexed from my initial faucet installation request to add the other two items to the scope. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the service... Owen did a great job and I'll definitely reach back out to The Pipe Doctor for future plumbing needs!"

"The kitchen drain stopped draining today. I cleared the p-trap under the sink but that wasn't it. There was a clog way down the line and I couldn't get to it. Mr. Trujillo was able to come the same day and use his power snake to clear the line. Unfortunately it was after 5pm so there was an overtime charge so it was $275 total. Worth it. Mr. Trujillo is excellent. He is prompt, courteous, and professional. He gets right to work with no delay and cleans up afterward. I highly recommend him."

Ronnie and Dave at Granite Vision were very friendly and helpful from the first time we walked in their store.  They have a wide range of colors to choose from and they let us spend a lot of time just walking around their warehouse looking, making just a few suggestions based on our price range and our kitchen setup (cabinets, wall color, etc).

The price above included the granite, as well as removal of our old countertops, new sink & faucet, and a plumber (which they can subcontract out or we could have used our own) to install the new sink and hook everything up.  In total, a comparable price to other estimates that we received.

I had to move the install day on them once - they were very flexible which was nice.  On the day of the install they showed up well within the window they gave me and did a great job.  Because of the shape of our counters they had to install the counters in two pieces with one seam, which you can't even tell unless you look closely.  The kitchen looks 100% better!

Service and product were first rate and I would definitely recommend them!

"A-Master assessed our plumbing issue (bad check valve on well pump and bad pressure tank). Quote for repairs included pulling the pump to replace check valve. Cost was quite a bit more than another plumber quote we had received so we went with the cheaper option (also because that plumber was under contract with our home warranty company). Was very impressed with A-Master plumber's professionalism, speed of diagnosis, punctuality, explanation of repairs needed, and communications. They were definitely superior in those areas to the cheaper plumber, but for this job we decided the cheaper option was sufficient."

They arrived quickly after the pipe was fixed by our plumber, demoed, and dried out the areas, even handled packing out our furniture and placing carefully in a pod storage while the work was being done. "KBR Kitchen and Bath (Fairfax) did an incredible job remodeling our upstairs bathrooms! We initially reached out to several companies for quotes, but we selected KBR because the designer (Silviya) made such a great impression when she came to our home to take measurements and to collect our requirements for the project. She asked great questions, gave helpful advice, and she helped us select the right design and materials to ensure that we ended up with bathrooms that we love. Throughout the project, the Project Manager, Omer, kept us informed of the process and schedule, answered our questions, and he ensured that communication between us, the subcontractors, and the crew doing the work was seamless. The crew was at our house from 8-5 every day, they put down drop cloths to cover the floor from the front door to the bathroom, and they cleaned up well before leaving each day. The team was led by Urias whose attention to detail, eye for design, and experience resulted in bathrooms that exceeded our expectations in every way. We were so impressed by Urias’ work that we added additional electrical work in the kitchen and basement onto our contract. I had heard so many horror stories about remodeling projects that drastically exceeded the budget and schedule, so I was expecting some surprises. The only surprise was how great the final product was…both bathrooms exceeded our expectations in every way!"
