The builder recommended doubled sided tape to hold it in place! Needless to say that was short lived. I wanted to get it repaired but was particular about what I wanted to it to look like. Long story short I submitted an inquiry November 2020 and Mr. Gary Stannard and his team responded and came to our rescue! I've included before and after photos. "We hired Kozan Construction to do some major plumbing construction work moving the plumbing for a washing machine and utility sink and reworking the plumbing for a bathroom sink. They provided a fair bid and so we hired them and were told the project would take a week. Faruk was respectful and hard-working and would accommodate all of our requests to have pipes or the levers moved and straightened. Our main issue was scheduling, as he had a number of other plumbing emergencies that delayed our project and left us without laundry for two weeks. The work was good and done all up to code, so if you have some flexibility with your timeframe, or it s a emergency call then I definitely recommend. If not, just make sure you work out a schedule ahead of time so you know what to expect."

"This was definitely a 5 star operation from the initial discussions to the finishing touches! For a major renovation and upgrade to our master bathroom we reviewed potential contractors and their customer comments. VKB stood out. Our VKB designer Sean clearly has artistic talent and lots of design experience. He patiently worked with us, showing us 3D design options as we considered alternative configurations and materials. When we were satisfied with the design, Sean transitioned us smoothly to the build phase, introducing Jason as our project manager and Walter as our crew chief. Sean personally familiarized Jason with the project, inviting us to share our thoughts and any concerns. During the renovation, Walter and his crew would carefully isolate the MBR work from the rest of the house, sealing off the room and path to the front door with plastic barriers and floor coverings every morning and remove them every evening. Everyone was polite and sensitive to our living space. Jason was responsive to our wishes to refine several design aspects as the work proceeded, and Walter and his crew smoothly made the alterations. After the main construction was completed Jason remained very attentive to our ‘punch list’ of remaining details and our questions until all had been resolved. Walter ensured very high-quality work down to the finest detail. All the work from design to completion was well within the timeframe we had hoped. In the end, we have a beautiful MBR well beyond our original expectations!"
