Hristo did everything possible to get the job done. This particular June 2016 was filled with many rain days and made his schedule hectic. He kept me in the loop and was up front and honest about the delay noting vinyl liners must be installed in dry, sunny weather - none of which came for a few weeks.

The job was handled quickly and professionally while his team made several visits to complete the job. During this time we got even more rain but the liner was installed by then and they finished all well within the timeframe.

I write all this because Hristo kept me informed which I appreciated and which has earned him and his team my respect and gratitude.

"Matt and his crew were on time, professional and on time. We first called a big name company that you may see on the back of a truck. Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion. Obviously, he quoted me for half the price of the back of the truck company WITH the water heater added in. Total work done: replaced furnace and outside unit, replaced water heater, installed water pump, installed 2 EcoBee thermostats. The big name company was ONLY doing the furnace and outside unit. "Power washing service: After the first visit, i was unsure of the quality of the job as it seemed that portions of the house were still as dirty as they were before the power washing.  Kevin, the owner, followed up with me right away and came back out free of charge.  He worked on the issue personally and tried everything he could to remove some of the staining.  Unfortunately it seems that it is just beyond repair.  These guys are very responsive and will make sure they go the extra mile to give you the best job possible.  Thanks!"
